Guardian LTC Management Inc. mission is to provide the highest and best possible care and services to their residents in compliance with any and all applicable regulations in a fashion which promotes and maintains long term financial viability.
Guardian LTC Management Inc., established in 1995, has a complete network of nursing homes that operate independently under the umbrella company. The home office is located in Brockway, Pennsylvania and operates 20 elder care centers in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
Guardian LTC Management Inc. has been operating the Highlands since 2000. Each facility is staffed with local employees and operates independently to meet the needs of each individual facility and community.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health conducts yearly on-site surveys of our facility to insure we are meeting the physical, emotional, soial and safety needs of our residents.
